Joseph Ou-Yang is the senior manager for DB2 z/OS worldwide technical support organization. He has been with IBM for 19 years and has held various management positions (Development, QA, and support) throughout his career. He is passionate about working with customers and driving changes throughout the organization to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
