Mo started her career with IBM Austin in 1989 working on AIX V1.1. From there she held a number of roles in information development, project management, people/product management, and organizational transformation. In her most recent assignment as Global Development Leader for WebSphere Application Server, she led the 350+ person WAS development team on an aggressive journey to adopt an agile culture, embrace innovative technology, and increase job satisfaction for team members. In 2003 to 2007, when Mo was Business Manager for DB2 for z/OS and from 2018 Q1 Mo is Director of Development, Db2 for z/OS in IBM Silicon valley lab in San Jose.
